So! How have you been?! It’s been a long while since I had a realtime conversation with you. What? You feel lonely? But, You have a lot of friends right?! You cry at times? Aren’t you the happiest person in the world who is enjoying life to the fullest according to your instagram?! You struggle with studies? But aren’t you supposed to top all your exams?! You want to try out new things in life? Isn’t medicine more than enough?!


Enough is enough, this is why I don’t like talking to you. But why? I am listening to you right?! Can you please just let me be for a while?! Can you please allow me some space in life?! Can you please just stop being so hard on me?!


Okay! Calm down! Relax! What the hell is wrong with you?


There is nothing wrong with me but there is certainly something wrong with you.

ME? No way!! I am doing just fine, I am happy most of the times, I don’t even cry like you.


You’re not good at lying.


Then you only tell me, what makes you think something is wrong with me.


Okay! Firstly, you’ve been treating yourself with the utmost arrongance in the past times. Nobody is liable to care about you, if you don’t care about yourself. Normalize not being okay, it’s okay. You don’t have to keep a brave front always. Stop blaming! right now. Neither yourself, nor anyone else. You won’t get anything trust me except for a constant negative build up in your head. Everyone lives life for themselves, it’s okay to be selfish at times. Do whatever you want to do in life for yourself, but, never judge anyone else’s choices that they make in their lives for themselves. Choices and way of living are a very personal decision that every individual makes for themselves so, never question anyone’s choices in life. YOU’RE NOT PERFECT. And you’ll never be. Don’t be harsh on yourself for anything. Respect and always cherish all that you’re doing in life. Count all the positives in life. Love yourself!





You’re trying hard, I know. It’s okay to feel bad sometimes, it’s okay to take a break sometimes but, don’t overstress about anything. I know what you’re doing is not doing is not easy but, the hustle will be worth the result, trust me. Give your best in all forms. Plan, focus, take inspiration and learn from your mistakes. Life will never be easy, but, your attitude towards it, can make it easier or more difficult for you, so make sure, you have a positive attitude. When you feel negative, go to a friend or a close one, talk to them, cry it out, vent it, it will help you.


Take good care of yourself. You have to stay with me forever so, I have to make sure that you’re keeping up with your health, both physically and mentally.


I am always here for you, no matter people come or people go. I am here to have your back, to hold you tight when you’re about to fall and to tell you that, YOU CAN DO THIS. And you will do this. Good Luck!
